Marketing Specialist

Istanbul, Turkey

Liugong is a leading international construction equipment company expanding footprint in Turkey.

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing and branding activities in the local market. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial marketing , be familiar with digital tools , and capable of aligning local initiatives with global brand strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Promotion & Marketing Strategy

  1. Plan and execute localized brand promotion strategies to enhance LiuGong's visibility in the Turkish market.
  2. Assist in developing annual and quarterly marketing plans covering online and offline channels.
  3. Serve as a communication bridge between headquarters and local distributors to ensure strategic alignment.

2. Event & Campaign Management

  1. Organize and support dealer/customer events, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  2. Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns to boost engagement and support sales activities.
  3. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
  4. Manage and maintain company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  5. Create localized content for digital platforms, including social media, email, and product promotions.
  6. Assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials (brochures, videos, case studies, etc.).

4. Internal Coordination & Market Insight

  1. Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to implement marketing initiatives effectively.
  2. Support local distributors with tailored marketing tools and communication materials.
  3. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  4. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and prepare performance reports with optimization suggestions.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in marketing; experience in B2B or industrial product marketing is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with social media operations, content planning, and basic data analysis.
  4. Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken & written).
  5. Excellent planning, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
  7. Experience in the machinery, automotive, or heavy equipment industry is a strong advantage.
