Overview

We’re looking for a marketing specialist to own the digital engine that powers SALTA Direct Primary Care and our concierge medicine brands. This role focuses on managing the website, SEO, and lead generation systems handling both inbound interest from prospective members and outbound outreach to employers.

You’ll manage the platforms that bring new prospects into our pipeline, keep the websites current, and execute employer outreach campaigns. You’ll also help produce on-brand marketing materials and support cross-functional campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

Inbound & Digital Management

· Manage and update all brand websites (content, forms, chat, and landing pages).

· Coordinate SEO updates and article postings with our external web/SEO partner.

· Monitor and respond to website form fills and live chat inquiries from individuals.

· Respond to and manage Google Reviews across all locations.

Outbound & Pipeline Execution

· Identify and verify employer leads; maintain accurate contact lists.

· Execute direct email outreach sequences to employers and partners.

· Track outreach results and ensure clean data in Pipedrive.

Marketing Materials & Collateral

· Create one-pagers, flyers, and decks in Canva for employer and member communications.

· Support case studies, website visuals, and campaign materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with the Director of Growth and social media specialist to align campaigns and messaging.

· Provide creative or executional support across digital, social, and event-bas

Skills and Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in marketing

· Experience managing or updating websites

· Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and analytics tools.

· Proficiency with Canva and other design tools for creating marketing collateral.

· Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple active workflows.

Preferred Not Required

· Bachelors Degree in Marketing

· Experience in healthcare B2B services

· Experience managing social media or paid digital ads (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google).

· Familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRMs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
