Marketing Specialist
RingLogix is hiring a hands-on Marketing Specialist with a strong content background. You’ll plan, write, publish, and distribute high-quality content across formats—then measure results against defined marketing KPIs. This is a content-heavy role grounded in content strategy: connect topics and formats to goals like qualified traffic, MQL quality, and pipeline influence.
To be successful, bring a proven, repeatable content process covering planning, creation, review, publication, distribution, and performance analysis.
What You’ll DoContent Creation & Strategy
- Write and edit across the spectrum: social posts, landing pages, technical product descriptions, case studies, white papers, eBooks, blog posts, emails, press releases, and webinar/video scripts.
- Maintain a practical content strategy tied to goals: audience, themes, formats, cadence, channels, and success metrics.
- Turn complex inputs (SME interviews, product notes, call recordings) into clear, useful content.
- Repurpose cornerstone pieces into derivatives (short clips, carousels, threads, sales one-pagers).
- Create go-to-market content for launches and campaigns.
SEO, AEO & Performance
- Plan search-informed content; own briefs, outlines, on-page fundamentals, and internal linking.
- Optimize for traditional SEO and answer engines (AEO) across web, voice, and video.
- Track campaign and content performance in HubSpot/GA/Search Console and provide clear recommendations to improve conversion, engagement depth, and assisted pipeline.
HubSpot & Campaign Execution
- Manage publishing, email sends, workflows, and sequences in HubSpot.
- Marketing implementation is required: use HubSpot and other tools to implement content (schedule social posts, launch emails, configure workflows, apply UTMs, update pages)—not just hand off copy.
- Partner with Sales on sequences and enablement content.
Social & Light Visuals
- Assist with the social calendar for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram; write platform-native copy and schedule posts as needed.
- Create simple graphics and thumbnails as needed; advanced assets are handled by outside vendors.
What You Bring
- Deep content background: long-form (eBooks/white papers), mid-form (blogs/case studies), short-form (social/email), and technical product content.
- Strategy mindset: you can show how content supports marketing goals—not just pageviews.
- Proven process from brief → research/SME intake → draft → revisions → publish → distribute → measure → iterate.
- Strong editor: structure, voice, and clarity.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush), analytics (GA/Search Console), and UTM best practices.
- Works independently: manage your workload, set priorities, hit deadlines, and communicate early about capacity or blockers.
- Clear, direct communication and reliable follow-through.
- Nice to have: familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub (training available if you’re not fluent yet).
- Nice to have: familiarity with Canva Pro for basic tasks (e.g., social/blog images). You are not expected to edit long videos or produce complex motion graphics.
Nice to Have
- HubSpot Marketing Hub proficiency.
- Background in B2B SaaS, telecom, or MSP.
- Light video editing (simple cuts/captions).
How We’ll Gauge Success
- Content that moves the right metrics (qualified traffic, engagement depth, form fills, assisted pipeline).
- A consistent publishing cadence with strong quality.
- Clear reporting with specific next-step recommendations.
