Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (Day shift)
Overview:This role sits at the intersection of branding, content, and data-driven strategy, ideal for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and structured execution.The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Creative, Ads, Social, and Project teams to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
Support development of brand and marketing strategies aligned with client and company goals.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Assist in crafting campaign plans across digital, social, and offline channels.
Prepare marketing decks, proposals, and campaign briefs for internal and external use.
2. Content Creation & Brand Communication
Write and edit marketing content including website copy, email campaigns, social posts, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with Creative teams to develop visuals, multimedia assets, and brand storytelling content.
Manage marketing asset libraries, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and branding.
Support planning and execution of content calendars across multiple platforms.
3. Campaign Execution & Coordination
Coordinate internal resources to keep marketing projects on schedule.
Track campaign progress, deliverables, and timelines across teams.
Assist with event planning, cross-channel promotions, and brand activation efforts.
Help manage influencer or partner collaborations when required.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve results.
Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports, highlighting reach, engagement, and conversion trends.
Support A/B testing and performance analysis in collaboration with Ads and Social teams.
Maintain dashboards and tracking sheets for ongoing campaigns.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Creative, Ads, Social Media, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
Coordinate with external vendors, creators, and partners when needed.
Support internal communication, documentation, and workflow organization to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Required)
2–3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand communication (Required)
Strong writing, editing, and content ideation skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Xiaohongshu)
Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Notion/Trello/Asana is a plus
Strong understanding of brand messaging, consumer behavior, and digital trends
Experience in e-commerce or DTC marketing is a strong plus

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
