The Opportunity

We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist who's ready to take ownership of our entire marketing ecosystem. This isn't a role where you'll be stuck in one lane—you'll be the strategic mind behind our multi-channel marketing efforts, optimizing everything from direct mail to digital campaigns.

• Generate high-quality leads while continuously improving cost efficiency

• Build and maintain systems that keep our marketing machine running smoothly

What You'll DoStrategic Ownership

• Strategy: Develop, manage, and optimize marketing channels (Direct Mail, PPC, SEO, Social)
• Execution: Pull and analyze performance data, adjust campaigns, and ensure deliverables hit deadlines everytime
• Collaboration: Partner with vendors, align with internal teams, and contribute insights that shape business growth

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with vendors to execute campaigns flawlessly
• Collaborate across departments to align marketing with business goals
• Provide insights and feedback that shape company strategy
• Complete task-based deliverables on time, every time

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven marketing experience with measurable results across multiple channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and KPI tracking
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent English, written and verbal

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Computer with fast processing capabilities to handle marketing tools and data
• Quiet, dedicated workspace for focused work
• Camera-on availability for team meetings (we believe in connection!)

Schedule

• Full-time availability Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST

Compensation

Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and expertise.
