Job Overview
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and community engagement through data-driven marketing and smart, compelling communications. This role combines performance marketing analytics with day-to-day content creation and social media execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) including content planning, creation, posting, and engagement.
• Create service-focused content that reflects Grizzly Broadband’s value and brand voice, tailored to local markets.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns tied to products, service upgrades, promotions, and community events.
• Coordinate and/or design promotional materials, digital ads, flyers, and sales collateral.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI using platform analytics.
• Support direct sales efforts
• Assist Customer Experience Manager with internal communications.
• Assist with customer outreach, retention messaging, and community involvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
