En Vogue Beauty and Medical Center is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for executing our multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving growth for both our beauty and medical service lines.
You will be responsible for managing our day-to-day marketing activities, creating engaging content, and optimizing our digital presence to generate leads and elevate the En Vogue brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize day-to-day digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC (Google Ads, Social Ads), and email marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage all brand social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including content creation, monthly calendar planning, and community engagement.
- Content Creation: Coordinate and create compelling, high-quality content (videos, photos, blogs, client testimonials, before & after galleries) that highlights our services.
- Campaign Execution: Implement and manage targeted marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads for our high-value services.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent, professional, and aligned with our luxury brand identity.
- Partnerships: Support influencer outreach programs and assist in coordinating with local media or brand partners.
- In-Clinic Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing in-clinic promotions, client loyalty programs, and referral incentives.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing and social media.
- Essential: Proven marketing experience within the beauty, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury hospitality industry.
- Demonstrable experience in managing successful social media and PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, marketing metrics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent content creation skills (written and visual).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
