WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of Interra Credit Union’s traditional marketing initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and brand consistency across all member and community touchpoints. This position is responsible for coordinating print production, direct mail campaigns and vendor partnerships assuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials that align with Interra’s mission and brand standards..

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
45% Executes direct mail, print, and in-branch campaigns; manages production timelines and vendor deliverables.
25% Coordinates with print and mail vendors, tracks invoices, and ensures projects stay within budget.
15% Partners with HR and other departments to develop and distribute internal materials and employee-facing content.10% Proofs marketing materials for accuracy. Provides marketing deliverables to external compliance vendors and internal compliance representatives for review and final approval. Navigates necessary changes until final approval is agreed upon.
10% Ensures marketing deliverables are accurate, brand-consistent, and compliant.
5% Provides logistical or material support for community events or sponsorships when required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience
3+ years related marketing, advertising, and/or communication experience to include demonstrated social media content.
Education / Certifications / Licenses
This level of knowledge is acquired through completion of a required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
