Job Summary
This role requires a hands-on approach to executing daily marketing tasks across digital channels. You will be instrumental in keeping the entire marketing engine moving while collaborating with senior leadership on overarching strategy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Daily Digital Execution
· Upload and update content within the CMS platforms.
· Perform routine website edits, including updating visuals and calls to action.
· Prepare email content, assemble campaigns, and manage segmentation checks.
· Support social content preparation, formatting, and scheduling as needed.
· Maintain and update content calendars to ensure project timely task completion.
SEO and Web Support
· Apply basic SEO best practices, including managing metadata and keyword optimization.
· Maintain clean internal linking structure across all US site pages.
· Assist with EN US localization tasks, including copy uploads and QA testing.
Analytics and Reporting
· Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from Google Analytics and Search Console.
· Track performance metrics for web, email, and content initiatives.
· Maintain simple, accessible performance dashboards for leadership review.
CRM and Lead Management
· Support updates to Salesforce tagging and lead routing processes.
· Review lead capture forms to ensure accuracy and functionality.
· Maintain clean and organized data for US digital efforts.
Marketing Coordination
· Assist with asset organization and version tracking across projects.
· Support vendor coordination and communication needs.
· Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and consistency across channels.
· Collaborate with global teams to maintain project alignment.
Qualifications
· Proven experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore).
· Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
· Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems (including Salesforce).
· Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and complete follow-through independently.
· Experience with luxury or premium consumer brands is a significant advantage.
