We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that will increase public awareness of Agency services and activities across multiple channels. Your expertise will help shape impactful campaigns, and optimize digital presence through creative content and data-driven insights. <Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate digital, print, social media, and advertising efforts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audiences, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage content creation for various platforms including Agency website, email newsletters, social media channels, and print materials.
  • Optimize website content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Oversee social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to grow followers and foster community engagement.
  • Manage advertising efforts by creating compelling ad content.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for both digital and print formats.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns that increase public awareness of Agency services and activities effectively.
  • Maintain the integrity of Agency brand across all channels while ensuring messaging aligns with overall Agency goals.
  • Maintain inventory of photo work, artwork, and film, as well as marketing literature, archive and sample files.

<Requirements>

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft 365 for designing engaging visuals; knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent copy-writing skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
