Position Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

  • Manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Act as a liaison between the Product Management, Sales and Commercialization teams to develop and launch sales support tools (collateral, catalogs, website updates etc.).
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing and sales objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Develop content/campaigns to support various social media, email and websites and measure effectiveness of campaigns through interest and lead generation.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, Lifetime value and retention.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors.
  • Help to drive the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics.
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., web traffic and rankings).
  • Analyze market research and customer behaviors.
  • Support Tradeshow and industry events.
  • Understands Voice of Customer (VOC) and empathizes with customer’s product pain points and unmet product needs.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is required.
  • Four+ years of marketing or similar work.
  • Knowledge in the health care/ medical industry preferred.
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, landing pages and content development.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with content writing, social media applications, such as LinkedIn.
  • Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen.
  • Knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, InDesign, web analytics.
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM/AEO optimization.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.

  • Work Location: The position is in either our Flowery Branch GA or Shanghai, China office
