Position Overview

As the Marketing Specialist at Nao Medical, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, patient acquisition, and retention across multiple digital and local channels. You will develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies while optimizing content, creative, and media performance to achieve measurable ROI.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand, Content & Media Leadership (Focus on ROI)

    • Marketing Strategy: Develop and own comprehensive marketing plans to achieve patient acquisition and retention goals with optimal Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
    • Content Creation & SEO: Lead the development of high-performing content across social media, web, and ads—ensuring optimization for conversions and SEO.
    • Creative Optimization: Test, analyze, and refine ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion rates across acquisition and retention campaigns.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging media and platform trends to continuously improve marketing efficiency and engagement.
    • Brand Stewardship: Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all internal and external communications.
  • Patient & Community Engagement (Focus on Local & Retention)

    • Local Marketing: Develop localized and proximity-based marketing campaigns to boost clinic visits and community engagement.
    • Retention Strategy: Design and implement lifecycle marketing (CRM, email, SMS) to maximize patient loyalty and repeat visits.
    • KPI Management: Define and track key marketing metrics, including ROI, LTV, and CPA, and present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Execution & Collaboration
    • Team & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Development) and external vendors to deliver on-brand, cost-effective marketing assets.
    • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Executive and Clinical Leaders to align campaigns with business objectives and clinic capacity.
    • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to healthcare industry standards and HIPAA guidelines.

Job Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand management (healthcare experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule Requirements:

  • Ability to work using Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).
  • Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
  • Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
  • Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
  • Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication.
  • Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.
