Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on marketing experience who is eager to grow their skills, contribute to campaigns, and make an impact on our brand.

Duties

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and the company blog.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the design of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Assist with website updates, SEO optimization, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer
  • Ability to lift and carry light items, such as marketing materials, promotional items, or office supplies (up to 30 pounds)
  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, phones, printers, and copiers
  • Ability to attend meetings, events, or off-site activities as needed (may involve short periods of walking or standing)
  • Visual and auditory ability sufficient for reading documents, viewing computer screens, and participating in video or in-person meetings
  • Occasional travel may be required for events, trade shows, or meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
