Marketing Specialist

It is a UAE-based company and now we have established a branch in Lahore. We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialistto develop and maintain high-performance marketing technology systems that power our digital campaigns, automation, and performance tracking. This role is for a tech-savvy marketer with deep SEO expertise, automation capabilities, and a passion for optimizing full-stack marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Execution

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns and conversion tracking.
• Plan, set up, and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns to generate high-intent leads.
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creatives, and remarketing flows.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking for calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and adjust targeting accordingly.
• Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage non-converting website visitors and past leads.
• Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads & Meta Ads algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in marketing.
