Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team! You will be responsible for creating original marketing content, managing daily posting schedules, executing email/SMS campaigns, and engaging with audiences across all platforms. Duties
- Create flyers and marketing content from scratch for daily postings across all platforms.
- Schedule and manage daily social media posts to maintain consistent brand visibility.
- Execute weekly email and SMS send-outs, including content creation and delivery.
- Engage with comments, inquiries, and messages across all platforms to strengthen audience relationships.
- Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel account, including workflows, automation, and campaign tracking.
- Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns incorporating digital, social media, and print advertising.
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices and manage WordPress-based platforms to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, streamline communication, and enhance campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad content and manage campaigns across Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, and additional digital platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audiences to guide marketing direction and content development.
- Write persuasive copy for emails, blogs, product descriptions, ads, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and similar tools to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
- Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by implementing performance marketing tactics to drive online sales growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multichannel marketing, with strong knowledge of SEO, social media, and performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for producing engaging visual content.
- Familiarity with basic HTML for content updates and page management.
- Demonstrated success managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other data tools to measure performance and guide optimization.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments and understanding of product management processes is preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills for multiple formats and audiences.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation systems to execute targeted campaigns.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
- Experience managing budgets for digital marketing campaigns is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
