Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, partnerships).
• Create and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and product announcements.
• Maintain and optimize online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, imagery, and inventory alignment.
• Support influencer and brand partnership initiatives, including outreach, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
• Help develop content for website updates, blogs, PR kits and other promotional materials.
• Track and report marketing campaign performance, recommending improvements based on data.

E-Commerce & Digital Support

• Update product information, assets, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to identify trends and support brand reputation management.
• Assist in managing advertising assets, tracking spend, and coordinating with digital marketing partners.

Sales & Customer Support Collaboration

• Support the sales team by maintaining accurate data in CRM systems and ensuring smooth information flow.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product availability, shipping timelines, and order details.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for internal reviews and strategy development.

Logistics & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with operations to ensure marketing campaigns align with inventory availability and production timelines.
• Communicate shipping updates or product timelines to customer-facing teams when needed for campaigns or promotions.
• Provide cross-team support to ensure seamless execution of launches, events, and marketing initiatives.

Administrative & Team Support

• Create marketing reports, presentations, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, and document follow-ups.
• Manage and maintain organized digital files, contracts, creative assets, and marketing documentation.
• Research and recommend new tools, platforms, or software that enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new marketing, CRM, and e-commerce tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Canva, and similar content/graphic design tools.
• Dynamic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role supporting cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media management tools, graphic design, and marketing automation platforms.
• Exposure to product-based brands, consumer electronics, or small to mid-sized business environments.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
