About Us

We are a fast-growing commercial security systems installer serving the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. Our team designs, installs, and maintains access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems for businesses including warehouses, dealerships, healthcare facilities, schools, restaurants, and commercial office spaces.

As we continue expanding into 2026, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to serve as the point person for all company marketing efforts. This individual will shape our brand, generate qualified leads, support sales, and help drive our next phase of growth.

Key Role Functions

1. Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across targeted commercial verticals.
  • Build inbound and outbound funnels to drive qualified leads.
  • Create outreach assets (email sequences, case studies, one-sheets, vertical-specific materials).
  • Manage paid advertising strategies (Google Local, LinkedIn, Meta).

2. Brand Positioning & Messaging

  • Establish and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
  • Develop messaging tailored to decision-makers (facility managers, GMs, C-suite).
  • Highlight key differentiators such as service quality, response times, and PMA programs.

3. Content Creation & Management

  • Create or coordinate high-quality content: blogs, social posts, video, graphics, testimonials.
  • Oversee photo/video shoots of installations and client success stories.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.

4. Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Manage and optimize the company website (SEO, landing pages, conversion).
  • Track and report website performance, traffic, and lead conversions.
  • Ensure digital content accurately reflects current offerings and promotions.

5. CRM, Analytics & Reporting

  • Manage CRM marketing workflows to support the sales pipeline.
  • Build dashboards showing leads, conversions, ROI, cost per lead, and campaign performance.
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights.

6. Sales Support & Alignment

  • Produce sales enablement materials: brochures, proposals, case studies, pitch decks.
  • Develop vertical-specific talking points and objection-handling materials.
  • Build nurturing campaigns for cold, warm, and inactive leads.

7. Event, Partnership & Community Marketing

  • Plan and execute local events, trade shows, and community sponsorships.
  • Build co-marketing partnerships with IT companies, contractors, and distributors.
  • Leverage manufacturer MDF (marketing development funds) whenever possible.

8. Reputation Management & Customer Experience

  • Manage and improve Google reviews and online reputation.
  • Implement review-generation campaigns after installations and service visits.
  • Build customer testimonials, case studies, and video success stories.

9. Internal Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the hub for all internal marketing requests.
  • Oversee external vendors (designers, photographers, web developers).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

10. Strategic Planning for 2026 Growth

  • Own the development and execution of the 2026 marketing strategy.
  • Conduct competitive research to understand local market shifts in security technology.
  • Recommend new marketing channels, tools, and processes to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing (commercial services, B2B, or tech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop content, work independently, and execute quickly.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in security, low-voltage, systems integration, or commercial contracting.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
