Key Responsibilities

1. Media Buying & Campaign Management (50%)

Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search/Display/Youtube), TikTok, and Snapchat.

Lead Generation: Focus heavily on generating high-quality leads for our off-plan and secondary market listings with a focus on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and minimizing CPL (Cost Per Lead).

Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and customer lists to reach investors and homebuyers.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to identify winning formulas.

Reporting: Analyze campaign performance weekly and present actionable insights to the management team.

2. Content Creation & Creative Strategy (50%)

Ad Creatives: Design high-converting visuals and edit video ads specifically for paid social (Reels, Stories, Feeds).

Property Showcases: Visit properties to shoot walkthroughs, agent pieces-to-camera, and lifestyle content using mobile (iPhone 14/15 Pro) or professional camera setups.

Editing: Edit fast-paced, engaging real estate videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy, scripts for video ads, and engaging captions that drive action.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Mastery (40%)

Search Campaigns: Build and manage high-intent Search campaigns targeting keywords related to UAE off-plan projects, luxury real estate, and specific developer launches (e.g., Aldar, Binghatti).

Keyword Strategy: Conduct deep keyword research, manage negative keyword lists, and optimize Quality Scores to lower CPC.

YouTube & Display: Run retargeting campaigns using Google Display Network and YouTube bumpers to stay top-of-mind for users who visited our website.

Conversion Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to ensure every lead is tracked accurately.

2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) (40%)

Lead Generation Forms: Master the use of on-platform Lead Forms vs. landing page conversions to find the right balance of volume and quality.

Audience Segmentation: Build advanced custom audiences (Customer Lists, Video Viewers, Website Visitors) and Lookalikes for precise targeting.

Campaign Architecture: Structure campaigns for distinct objectives: Brand Awareness (Reach) vs. Direct Lead Gen (Conversions).
