The role:
We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist focused on new revenue growth. You’ll help run and improve the marketing engine that drives new pipeline—shipping campaigns, tightening the funnel, and building the operational foundation (especially in HubSpot) that makes growth measurable and repeatable. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a startup environment: self-motivated, fast-learning, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
What you’ll own:
- Revenue-focused execution: Launch and run initiatives designed to create qualified conversations and support close-won revenue.
- Marketing ops and HubSpot: Keep the system clean and scalable—workflows/automation, lifecycle hygiene, segmentation/lists, email execution, and reporting.
- Performance reporting: Maintain dashboards and a simple reporting cadence so we know what’s working (and what to change) by channel and funnel stage.
- Sales enablement support: Help turn sales needs into useful assets (one-pagers, decks, sample outputs, comparison guides) that move deals forward.
- Vendor/contractor coordination: Coordinate specialized partners (SEO, design/Webflow, advanced HubSpot support) to keep projects shipping on time.
Skills we’re looking for:
- Bias for action: You ship consistently and improve through iteration.
- Systems and detail orientation: You care about clean data, clean tracking, and repeatable processes.
- Analytical mindset: You can look at results, find the signal, and recommend what to do next.
- Strong communication: Clear writing, clear briefs, and strong cross-functional collaboration (especially with Sales).
- Self-learner in ambiguity: You can turn “we need more pipeline” into an organized plan and weekly execution.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in a marketing specialist/coordinator, growth, demand gen, or marketing ops role (B2B preferred).
- Hands-on experience in HubSpot (or similar) with workflows/automation, lists/segmentation, email campaigns, and reporting/dashboards.
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end and coordinating across stakeholders and vendors.
Nice-to-have skills:
- SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, and coordinating content/SEO roadmaps.
- Design tools: Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Paid ads: experience managing or supporting Google Ads and/or LinkedIn ads (measurement-minded).
- Content creation: blogs, webinars, presentations, case studies, and lightweight thought leadership assets.
- HubSpot depth: reporting dashboards, custom properties/attributes, workflows, segments/lists, and email marketing execution.
