Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote our brand, increase visibility, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, blogs, and advertisements.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and brand activations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
• Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Prepare reports and present insights to management on marketing performance.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and third-party partners.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing software (Google Analytics, CRM tools, Canva/Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tea

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
