Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for staying current with marketing trends and technologies.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution

The Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels including email, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all marketing materials and touchpoints. The role involves managing campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.


Content Creation and Management

This position requires developing compelling marketing content including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and website copy. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with graphic designers and videographers to produce engaging visual and multimedia content. They will maintain and update the company website and landing pages to optimize user experience and conversion rates.


Digital Marketing and Analytics

The successful candidate will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. They will monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms. The role involves conducting A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.


Market Research and Competitive Analysis

The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. They will analyze competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. The role includes gathering and interpreting customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.


Brand Management

This position involves ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. The Marketing Specialist will serve as a brand guardian, maintaining brand guidelines and standards. They will support the development of brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company in the marketplace.


Lead Generation and Nurturing

The role includes developing and implementing lead generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage email nurture campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel. They will collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing qualified leads are properly handed off and followed up.


Event Marketing and Coordination

The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and workshops. They will coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up. The role involves measuring event ROI and gathering insights for future event planning.


Social Media Management

This position requires developing and implementing social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility. The Marketing Specialist will create and schedule social media content calendars across multiple platforms. They will monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.


Collaboration and Communication

The role involves working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations. They will coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.


Continuous Improvement

The successful candidate will stay informed about emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices. They will recommend and implement new marketing technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

2-4 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in campaign management

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, CRM systems)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Experience with content management systems and basic HTML knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.)

Experience with marketing automation platforms

Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices

Experience in B2B or B2C marketing (depending on company focus)

Familiarity with graphic design and video editing
