Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to increase visibility and audience engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure ROI.
- Familiarity with U.S. market trends and consumer behavior.
- Certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) are a plus.

Pay: $88,646.94 - $106,757.60 per year
