We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a results driven Marketing Specialist to own campaign execution, audience growth, and performance optimization across digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns

* Drive growth across social media, content, and paid channels

* Develop compelling content and messaging aligned with brand strategy

* Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)

* Track KPIs, analyze performance, and turn insights into action

* Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in digital marketing and growth execution

* Strong understanding of social platforms and audience behavior

* Hands-on experience with paid media and analytics tools

* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

* Data-driven, structured, and execution-focused mindset

* Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines

Nice to Have:

* Startup or tech product experience

* Email marketing, CRM, or automation experience
