Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

• Manage and update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Facebook, etc.) with engaging and relevant content.
• Maintain and update the company website, including product information, case studies, blogs, and news.
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic, keyword ranking, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with designers or agencies for creatives, brochures, and digital content.

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

• Identify and research target clients, including architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients through emails, cold calls, follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain and update CRM or lead-tracking systems.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and client presentations.

Networking & Brand Development

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, product launches, and networking.
• Coordinate product presentations, sample distributions, and marketing campaigns for key influencers.

Eligibility & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in building materials, hardware,

construction, or related industries)

UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and email

marketing.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build long-term relationships

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
