Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, data-driven, and results-focused. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, AI-assisted content creation, and performance marketing, with a strong passion for growing brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and grow online presence through consistent, engaging content.
• Use AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, automation, and performance optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and marketing data to improve results.
• Work closely with design, content, product, and development teams to align marketing efforts.
• Manage email marketing, paid ads, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI marketing trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, performance marketing, and content strategy.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing, automation, and analytics is a plus.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, AI, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
