The Marketing Specialist executes integrated marketing and communications activities that strengthen the Syntys brand, drive demand generation, and contribute to sales pipeline development across priority markets, working collaboratively with marketing leadership.
This role is hands-on and execution-driven, covering digital marketing, content, events, and marketing operations, while working closely with sales, partners, and internal stakeholders. It requires both data center understanding and marketing expertise.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and landing pages to drive both brand awareness and qualified lead generation

Develop campaign strategies targeting hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, and wholesale colocation customers

Own campaign performance tracking and optimization, delivering regular insights and recommendations for improvement
Content Development & Communications

Create technically accurate, commercially compelling content including social media, blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and sales presentations

Adapt and localize messaging for different markets while maintaining technical precision and brand consistency

Develop content that demonstrates deep understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud services, and AI workload requirements
Events & Field Marketing

Lead end-to-end execution of customer, partner, and industry events including logistics, vendor management, content development, and pre/post-event communications

Manage Syntys presence at third-party conferences, sponsorships, and industry associations

Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring aligned timelines and quality execution
Sales Enablement & Collaboration

Develop and maintain sales enablement materials that help teams articulate Syntys value proposition to technical and executive audiences

Partner with Sales and Presales teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities and pipeline development

Create competitive intelligence summaries and market insights
Marketing Operations

Maintain marketing asset libraries and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and content accuracy

Track and report on marketing KPIs including campaign performance, lead quality, engagement metrics, and event ROI

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors as needed
Qualifications

5+ years' of marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Proven track record executing digital marketing campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and professional platforms

Hands-on experience coordinating events, from intimate customer sessions to large industry conferences

Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency with marketing technology, analytics tools, and productivity platforms (including AI-powered efficiency tools)

Experience in MENA markets and understanding of regional culture

Multilingual capabilities (English required; Arabic a strong advantage)
