Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. Graphic design and specific marketing experience necessary! This role is integral to developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and tactics across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing design, take on the challenge of multi-tasking, use digital marketing tools, handle content creation, and data analytics, with experience in both B2B and e-commerce environments. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms using tools like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML.
- Create marketing materials and design elements for marketing collateral and other marketing needs.
- Optimize advertising efforts through Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid channels to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel via email marketing and other digital channels.
- Support product management by aligning marketing strategies with product development cycles and features.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Collaborate on creative projects including print advertising and content marketing efforts to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, HTML, and familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and campaign management software.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing, product positioning, budgeting, and sales alignment is preferred.
