We are seeking a creative, motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team at one of the fastest-growing prosthetic patient care companies in the country. With a strong national presence and a mission centered on exceptional patient care, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through storytelling, community engagement, and brand growth.

In this role, you will support digital marketing initiatives and internal communications efforts that strengthen brand awareness, employee engagement, and community connection across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and online growth
  • Write and publish blog content that educates and informs patients, referral partners, and internal teams
  • Create engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, photography, and social media assets
  • Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Plan, coordinate, and support community outreach events, marketing campaigns, and company initiatives
  • Design and coordinate marketing materials for events, promotions, and internal communications
  • Write and produce a monthly employee newsletter to keep staff informed, connected, and engaged
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to highlight company milestones, employee stories, and patient impact
  • Monitor website, social media, and campaign analytics to optimize performance and engagement
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach
  • Support email marketing, SEO initiatives, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing; healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating blogs, newsletters, and marketing content
  • Proven content creation abilities, including video production and visual storytelling
  • Experience managing business social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising strategies
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for healthcare and improving the lives of prosthetic patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,500.00 - $42,000.00 per year
