Marketing Specialist

Atlas is an innovative travel app designed to help travelers determine the best time to leave for the airport. By utilizing real-time TSA wait time predictions powered by live airport sensor data and crowdsourced reports, Atlas provides detailed insights on checkpoint and lane-specific wait times. The app currently serves over 100 airports across the United States. Founded in Austin, TX, Atlas is dedicated to making travel seamless and stress-free for its users.

This is a part-time remote position for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, supporting sales efforts, and fostering effective communication with customers. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and assisting with customer service to improve satisfaction and retention.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
• Basic knowledge of Sales processes and strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
