What you’ll do

• Manage creation, maintenance and distribution of product catalogs, digital flipbooks and customer-facing marketing assets
• Design market and trade-show graphics and execute visual materials for sales initiatives
• Respond to sales and internal requests for graphics and collateral; ensure all assets are accurate and on-brand
• Order printed materials and coordinate with approved vendors, printers and freelance partners
• Manage relationships with overseas teams and freelance creatives to deliver assets on schedule
• Communicate with sales, marketing and operations to ensure timely and consistent materials

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator; strong understanding of file packaging and print workflows
• Familiar with digital flipbook platforms and basic website content updates
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with vendors, printers and freelance creatives
• High school diploma required; background in marketing, graphic design, product content management, or related field
• 1+ year administrative/marketing experience required; Associate’s degree and 2+ years related experience preferred
