What you’ll do

Manage creation, maintenance and distribution of product catalogs, digital flipbooks and customer-facing marketing assets

Design market and trade-show graphics and execute visual materials for sales initiatives

Respond to sales and internal requests for graphics and collateral; ensure all assets are accurate and on-brand

Order printed materials and coordinate with approved vendors, printers and freelance partners

Manage relationships with overseas teams and freelance creatives to deliver assets on schedule

Communicate with sales, marketing and operations to ensure timely and consistent materials
Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator; strong understanding of file packaging and print workflows

Familiar with digital flipbook platforms and basic website content updates

Strong organizational and project-management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with vendors, printers and freelance creatives

High school diploma required; background in marketing, graphic design, product content management, or related field

1+ year administrative/marketing experience required; Associate’s degree and 2+ years related experience preferred
