At Ross Recreation Equipment, we believe outdoor recreation is at the heart of every community. For over 50 years, we’ve partnered with schools, cities and landscape architects across Northern California and Oregon to help create outdoor recreation spaces where people play, gather and connect.


We’re looking for a creative, organized and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys design, marketing and managing a variety of creative projects.


What You’ll Do

· Create and schedule content featuring playground projects, parks, product launches and company updates

· Design and distribute email campaigns

· Coordinate webinars, educational events and project specific events

· Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

· Update website content and project portfolios

· Create presentations and marketing assets for the sales team

· Develop and create digital and printed marketing materials

· Help maintain consistent branding across platforms and materials


What We’re Looking For

· Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual marketing

· Strong written communication and organizational skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

· Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and manufacturer partners

· Reliable, responsive and eager to learn


Preferred Experience

· Experience with Canva, Microsoft Suite, WordPress and Adobe.

· Background in marketing, brand management, social media and market research.

· Comfortable learning new programs and technology as needed

Position Details
