Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns, optimize online content, and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum engagement and growth across multiple channels.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility through keyword research, content optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase followers and engagement.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM (Search Engine Marketing) tools to boost lead generation.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices.
  • Maintain content management systems like WordPress to ensure website content is current, optimized, and aligned with SEO best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and advertising tools such as Facebook Advertising and Google Ads.
  • Skilled in content creation including copywriting for various digital channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or other web development basics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance and website analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools to nurture leads effectively.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement in performance marketing efforts. Pay: $52,082.33 - $62,722.80 per year
