Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in amplifying the Bearing brand by supporting strategic initiatives that deepen client relationships, elevate our market presence, and drive meaningful engagement across digital and traditional channels. You will work closely with our VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy to create a cohesive message across all platforms, analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns, and identify new marketing opportunities for the organization. Candidate must be a highly motivated, collaborative worker that thrives as part of a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will:

· Design and create internal and external sales and marketing collateral (including graphic development), presentations, and branded materials that strengthen the Bearing brand and support new business opportunities

· Manage and enhance the CRM to drive targeted marketing campaigns, improve data quality, and support relationship-building and retention efforts

· Develop and manage client-facing content – including email campaigns, thought leadership, and press releases that support prospect engagement and pipeline development

· Support internal communications that keep employees informed, aligned, and connected to company priorities

· Collaborate with internal teams and participate in strategy sessions with sales and marketing leadership to ensure consistent messaging and exceptional client service

· Serve as a liaison with external agencies (insurance carriers, vendors) to execute marketing initiatives and coordinate events (e.g., webinars, seminars, podcasts, community outreach)

· Manage product inventory, tradeshow materials, sponsored events, and fundraisers

· Cultivate and expand existing community partnerships to deepen local relationships and involvement

· Perform routine website and content management system updates to ensure the ongoing success of the organization’s online presence

· Support the VP of Marketing in overseeing department operations and contributing to the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan

· Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms to drive engagement, growth, and measurable results

· Oversee social media content strategy and execution, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement, brand awareness, and community connection

· Prepare and present regular performance reports to provide insight, track progress, and support data-driven decision-making

· Manage client feedback tools, surveys, and reviews to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and enhance the overall client experience

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field required

· 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience preferred

· Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and can thrive and problem solve under tight deadlines

· Familiarity with CRM platforms (i.e. MailChimp, Salesforce), digital marketing tools, and website/CMS management

· Strong understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and content development

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office required

· Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and report insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
