About the Role:

Reef Holding is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our brands. The role will contribute to campaigns, market research, content coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Conducting market and competitor research.

Assisting in content planning and marketing communications.

Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports.

Supporting events, activations, and product launches.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

-2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, beauty, fragrance, or FMCG.

-Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

-Creative mindset with attention to detail.

-Fluent in Arabic and English.
