Marketing Specialist, AI & Automation

The Marketing Specialist, AI & Automation supports day-to-day marketing execution across content, campaigns, digital channels, events, and brand initiatives. This role combines strong marketing fundamentals with practical use of AI tools and automation to help the team work more efficiently and produce polished, high-quality deliverables. In addition, the specialist actively creates graphics and other creative assets such as illustrations, infographics, and visual content ensuring that all creative work aligns with brand standards and enhances messaging across channels.

This person will collaborate with marketing leadership, sales, product teams, and external partners to support execution, improve workflows, and maintain consistent brand, messaging, and creative quality across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Messaging

  • Draft, edit, and publish content across formats including blogs, product pages, email copy, case studies, social posts, and collateral.
  • Translate technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging while helping maintain content calendars and quality standards.

AI & Automation Support

  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency across content, research, reporting, and campaign support.
  • Help build, document, and refine repeatable prompts, workflows, and simple automations that improve marketing efficiency.

Digital Marketing & Web Support

  • Support website and landing page updates, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with developers or partners on more technical needs.
  • Help optimize page structure, metadata, and digital assets for SEO, usability, and brand consistency.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others as needed.
  • Monitor engagement, brand mentions, and performance trends to help inform future content and campaign direction.

Campaign & Project Support

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
  • Help manage timelines, assets, approvals, and internal documentation including briefs, trackers, and calendars.

Brand, Creative & Collateral

  • Create simple graphics, slides, and visual assets using templates or design software while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Organize and manage marketing assets including logos, templates, product photos, trade show materials, and sales collateral.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Support logistics for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and virtual events, including materials, shipping, and promotional items.
  • Assist with event-related communications, social content, and lead follow-up coordination before and after events.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website, email, social, and campaign performance metrics and compile monthly reporting highlights.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to help inform content, campaign, and channel recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and basic automation for creative workflows.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, plus familiarity with social media platforms, content best practices, and digital campaign support.
  • Proficiency with design and web tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Webflow, HTML, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a B2B, technology, industrial, or field-services environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

Pay: $60,000 – $75,000/yr DOE

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
