A New York (USA) based top of the line legal software company is looking to hire a highly experienced B2B Sales Expert. This is an excellent opportunity for an online award winning candidate. The position entails marketing and selling a groundbreaking legal case-management software that streamlines and improves the productivity of attorneys and law firms in the US.

Pay: 50k to 60k per year + massive commissions

The ideal candidate should be exceptional in sales and should have been an overachiever in achieving targets. The candidate will be required to market the product online, generating leads through social media platform, contact clients, giving demo to introduce the software, to make presence on social media platform. Entry level / Fresher candidates can apply too

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM, events) to generate new leads.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with design and content teams to create promotional materials, blog posts, whitepapers, and sales collateral that align with brand messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or CRM software; adjust strategies based on data to improve ROI.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent corporate identity.
  • Sales Support: Equip the sales team with necessary tools (brochures, case studies, presentations) to help them effectively pitch to prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Soft Skills: Strong creative thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

All candidates applying for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing and familiarity with the legal industry.
