Marketing Specialist cum Course Advisor

We are looking for Academy Marketing specialist / Course Advisor cum Event coordinator for Clivira Medical Centre.

Leads ARAMED Academy / CLIVIRA’s training, scientific education, CME programs, and product knowledge development. Supports Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams with structured medical education, training delivery, scientific content, and professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities

A. Training Leadership

- Develop annual training plans and CME programs.

- Deliver scientific and technical training sessions.

- Ensure alignment with product positioning and commercial strategy.

B. Scientific Content Development

- Create scientific materials, presentations, and product education content.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and clinical guidelines.

- Support Marketing with scientific input for campaigns.

C. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Support Sales divisions with product knowledge & demo preparation.

- Work with Technical & Services to ensure accurate technical training.

- Coordinate with MSBD for launch readiness.

D. Program Management

- Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and partner events.

- Coordinate speaker engagements and educational sponsorships.

- Manage Academy schedules, resources, and logistics.

E. Leadership & Team Development

- Supervise Specialists and Officers.

- Oversee performance, training quality, and workload.

KPIs

- Training delivery count & quality

- Scientific content accuracy and approval compliance

- Academy utilization and engagement rate

- Sales training effectiveness

Authority

Salary - AED 10k - 12 K per month
