MARKETING SPECIALIST: E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL (Female)

Job description:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (E-commerce focused) to manage and optimize our digital marketing activities and online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online traffic, improving conversions, and managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing)
  • Improve website and product page performance (conversion optimization)
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Manage marketplace accounts and advertising campaigns
  • Handle product content, images, and digital assets
  • Work with sales, logistics, and design teams to support business growth
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and engagement
  • Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Talabat.
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Digital Marketing
  • Information Systems
  • Data Analytics
  • Communications or any other related field

Skills & Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics , KPI reporting and Conversion optimization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and commercial awareness
