Marketing Specialist (Female)

Company Overview:

We are hiring for our Coffee shop named Nofilter Coffee Shop in DHA phase 6 and we are looking for a Female Marketing Specialist who can take our brand to the next level.

Job Description

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase footfall and brand awareness.
• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Plan promotions, campaigns, and collaborations with influencers & food bloggers.
• Create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and captions (coordination with graphic/video team).
• Track marketing performance using KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Stay on top of local trends and competitors in the café/food industry.
• Coordinate with the operations team to align marketing with in-store promotions and events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital or brand marketing (F&B or retail industry is a plus).
• Creative mindset with hands-on social media and content creation experience.
• Ability to plan campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Must be based in Lahore and comfortable working on-site at DHA Phase 6.
