Position: Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) including posting, engagement, and growth strategies
• Create and oversee content such as photos, videos, promotions, and campaigns
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality marketing materials
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust strategies
• Analyze marketing performance using insights and analytics tools, and prepare reports
• Manage advertising campaigns (paid ads) and optimize for reach and conversions
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels
• Support customer engagement and respond to inquiries or feedback online

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management
• Experience with content creation and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools is a plus)
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
