Marketing Specialist for USA Healthcare Market

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in healthcare marketing to promote our healthcare facility across the United States. This role focuses on listing healthcare services online, increasing digital visibility, and generating referral sources from clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers through online channels. The ideal candidate understands healthcare compliance, digital outreach strategies, and relationship-building within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Facility Marketing & Listings

  • List and optimize the healthcare facility on national and local healthcare directories, referral platforms, and provider networks (e.g., insurance directories, medical listing sites).
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and up-to-date facility information across all online platforms.
  • Manage online profiles including Google Business Profile, healthcare marketplaces, and professional directories.

Referral Source Generation

  • Identify and research potential referral partners including clinics, hospitals, physician groups, specialty practices, and allied health providers.
  • Build and maintain online referral relationships through email outreach, professional platforms, and healthcare networks.
  • Coordinate digital referral campaigns targeting healthcare providers and case managers.
  • Track and grow inbound referral leads from medical professionals.

Digital Marketing & Outreach

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals.
  • Use LinkedIn, healthcare forums, professional networks, and email marketing to engage referral sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create referral-focused marketing materials and presentations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for increased referrals.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all marketing and referral activities comply with HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of referral sources, outreach efforts, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, referral marketing, or provider outreach.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, provider networks, and referral processes.
  • Experience with online listings, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, home health, rehab, or specialty practices.
  • Familiarity with insurance networks, case management, and discharge planning processes.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Previous success generating measurable referral growth from medical providers.
