Summary: Miles Mediation & Arbitration is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. This role will play a key part in managing our social media, executing campaigns, managing digital content, supporting events, and assisting with a wide range of marketing initiatives that elevate the firm’s brand and support its neutrals and practice areas.
The ideal candidate has experience in professional services marketing—preferably within legal, ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), or a related industry—and is comfortable balancing creative execution with administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and execute the firm’s social media strategy across platforms
- Draft, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with firm campaigns, announcements, events/sponsorships, and thought leadership
- Track performance metrics and provide basic reporting and insights
- Social video content creation, including promotional short-form videos (preferred)
- Assists with creating and executing media buys for local and regional initiatives. Acts as a key point of contact for advertising and marketing vendors. Submits all advertising to publications.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social, website, and event-based initiatives
- Support campaign timelines, asset development, and internal coordination
- Help repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and consistency
Visual Content/Graphics (Preferred)
- Create basic marketing assets such as social graphics, event invitations, email banners, flyers, and internal materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
- Coordinate with external designers or vendors as needed
General Marketing Support
- Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of firm events, CLE programs, webinars, and conferences
- Help maintain marketing calendar and promotional schedules
- Support updates to the firm website
- Assist with content organization, asset management, and internal marketing requests
- Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4-6 years of working in marketing and/or practice development
- 1-3 years of working in legal and client service role (preferred)
- Experience managing social media platforms in a business or professional setting
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong verbal and business writing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
- Occasional travel may be required
Preferred
- Graphic design experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Experience creating or editing short-form social video content
- Familiarity with marketing platforms, project management, and CRM tools
- Experience supporting events, webinars, or CLE programs
- Knowledge of or interest in the legal, mediation, or ADR industry
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO a huge plus!
- Atlanta area-residing candidates highly preferred (our main location is near Perimeter Mall)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
