Marketing Specialist Hybrid

This is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Office in West Chester, PA for $80,000-$85,000 annually. The incumbent will report to the office one a week (Thursday).

Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to the Marketing and Communications team, supporting the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and advance organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, this role serves as the operational and creative backbone needed to ensure that various marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively - helping campaigns move from concept to completion through strong copywriting, campaign coordination, and cross functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Marketing and Campaign Support

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, paid media, and web);
  • Maintain campaign calendars and documentation;
  • Coordinate creative assets, route material for review, and manage final deliverables with internal and external partners;
  • Participate in cross-channel discussions during campaign planning meetings;
  • Support post campaign reporting, recap and documentation.

CONTENT AND COPYWRITING

  • Write and edit compelling copy across marketing channels, including:
    • press releases
    • social media content
    • websites and landing pages
    • email campaigns
    • blog posts
    • video scripts
    • digital and print advertising
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

COLLABORATION AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand and adopt the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Serve as a ghostwriter for executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and vendors, ensuring their needs are addressed and feedback is incorporated into marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content marketing techniques.
  • Assist with vendor management and act as a liaison between marketing vendors and support internal teams to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs). To succeed in the Marketing Specialist position, candidates should possess the following KSAs:
    • REQUIRED
      • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
      • Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
      • Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
      • Creative and analytical thinking for problem-solving.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
      • Comfort working in fast-paced environments
    • PREFERRED
      • Experience in paid media planning.
      • Experience with legal writing.
      • Experience ghostwriting.
      • Experience optimizing written content for SEO/GEO.
      • Experience executing and evaluating A/B tests.
      • Experience with using a Marketing workflow tool like Workfront or Asana.
      • Experience using social media publishing tools like Hootsuite
    • Background Experiences The following are required unless otherwise noted:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
      • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role;
      • Experience in financial services, legal/higher education, or the legal profession preferred but not required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time hybrid position located in the Company’s West Chester, PA office; the incumbent is expected to be present and accessible for at least 40 hours per week, subject to approved leave time, travel, and other absences as described in the Employee Handbook or as otherwise agreed by the Company. The Company’s standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm
