What You’ll Own (No Fluff)
- Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Daily budget & bid optimization
- Lead quality monitoring (not just volume)
- Dispute management & tracking ROI
- Cost-per-booked-call accountability
- Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Ranking optimization across service areas
- Weekly posting, photos, offers, updates
- Review strategy (generation + responses)
- Spam fighting & competitor monitoring
- Call-Driven Performance
- You will track calls, booked jobs, and revenue
- Vanity metrics don’t matter here
What Success Looks Like
- Increased qualified inbound calls
- Lower CPL on LSA
- Improved map-pack rankings
- Clean, professional GBP presence
- Clear reporting leadership can trust
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing LSA + GBP for home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
- Understands local SEO fundamentals
- Data-driven, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable working fast in a competitive market
- Takes ownership and doesn’t need babysitting
This Role Is NOT For Someone Who:
- Only knows “general digital marketing”
- Has never managed real ad spend
- Can’t tie marketing activity to phone calls
- Needs constant direction
