Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

As a Marketing Specialist , you'll be a vital force in crafting, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. Your efforts will amplify brand awareness, drive engagement, and support growth across both digital and traditional channels.
Requirement
-Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, blog, web, and other channels.
-Perform market research to identify customer trends, competitor moves, and growth opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance using metrics like conversion rates, traffic, ROI; optimize accordingly.
-Create engaging content blog posts, social updates, email copy, and promotional materials.
-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) and external partners or agencies to align marketing goals.
-Stay current on industry trends, tools, and platform innovations to keep campaigns fresh. Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across web, email, blog, and social media channels -Develop creative materials (blog posts, social updates, infographics, visuals) that align with brand goals
-Conceptualize, write scripts for, and launch podcast episodes develop show formats, guest communications, and recording plan Act as host when needed: prep, rehearse, conduct interviews, and deliver engaging dialogue
-Oversee production and marketing of podcast content: manage editing, distribution, promotional strategies, and leverage analytics to grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
