We are Looking for a
Real Estate Marketing Specialist
to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that promote property listings, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand visibility in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with data-driven marketing strategies to maximize sales performance and customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Manage end-to-end property marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Create compelling content for property listings, brochures, social media, and advertisements.

Optimize listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).

Generate and manage qualified leads through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.

Plan and execute property launches, open house events, and promotional activities.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with KPIs and ROI analysis.

Manage social media presence and brand positioning for real estate projects.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in
Real Estate Marketing
or related field.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market is highly preferred.

Proven experience in digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Experience with real estate portals and CRM systems.
