Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer footfall, and sales for restaurants and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for restaurants and hotel services
- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, online promotions, basic ads)
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for promotions and events
- Develop seasonal offers, menus, and promotional materials
- Handle branding and communication across all marketing channels
- Work with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer response
- Support new outlet openings, events, and special promotions
- Maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of marketing experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing and customer behavior
- Experience in digital and social media marketing
- Basic knowledge of branding, promotions, and events
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
1️ Brand & Experience Development
- Lead the development of Sandhills’ brand identity and customer experience both inside and outside the café.
- Ensure brand consistency across the menu, service, content, and promotions.
- Innovate new concepts and experiences that increase customer loyalty.
2️ Marketing & Content Creation
- Oversee digital marketing (Instagram / TikTok).
- Create trends and creative campaigns aligned with the café’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with photographers and content creators.
- Plan monthly content and campaigns.
3️ Menu Development
- Collaborate with the chef to develop and update the menu.
- Innovate seasonal and limited-edition products.
- Analyze item performance and suggest improvements to increase profitability.
- Monitor market trends and local tastes.
4️ Growth & Sales
- Propose initiatives to increase average bill value and visit frequency.
- Design promotions and experiences to boost traffic during slow periods.
- Support the launch of new products or concepts.
5️ Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze the performance of campaigns, content, and sales.
- Measure customer satisfaction and experience.
- Provide regular reports to management with actionable recommendations.
