Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities to support brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth across the UAE market. The role requires strong local market understanding, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to work closely with sales and management teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and UAE market trends
- Plan and manage digital and offline marketing initiatives
- Support product, service, and project marketing activities
- Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs
- Support website content updates and SEO coordination
Content & Branding
- Create and manage marketing content (posts, brochures, presentations, newsletters)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and external agencies
- Support corporate branding initiatives and events
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the UAE
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
- Analyze lead generation results and campaign ROI
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Sales & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversions
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals
- Support exhibitions, events, and corporate activations in the UAE
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the UAE
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, customer behavior, and platforms
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and content writing skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with reporting and performance tracking skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
