Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning integrated marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, design, and content to ensure campaign alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend innovative strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, planning, or campaign management.
