What You'll Do

  • Client Management & Strategy: Serve as the main marketing point of contact for client communication, fostering professional and collaborative relationships. Leads videoconference meetings with confidence, co-develop and guide marketing agenda, and apply thoughtful critical thinking while remaining open and responsive to feedback.
  • Growth Strategy: Takes ownership of marketing strategy, performance, and direction to ensure strategic alignment and strong execution while remaining accountable for results.
  • Content Leadership: Oversee all client blog strategy, copywriting, website content, editorial calendars, and the social media strategy development of blogs, editorial calendars, and social media content to drive organic growth and conversion.
  • Communication Guru: With support from the marketing coordinator, communicate results, challenges, and opportunities clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Vendor Oversight: Manage and provide strategic direction to trusted external partners for copywriting, video, and paid media.
  • Analysis and Audits: Conduct deep dive digital audits and establish reporting frameworks that translate performance data into actionable growth recommendations.
  • Research & Growth: Conduct marketing audits and identify opportunities for sustainable growth, test new approaches and apply learnings to future strategies, stay current on marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience in a client service role. An agency background is highly preferred because it demonstrates the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful blogging and content marketing programs that produce measurable business results.
  • Success in optimizing websites for sales through funnel measurement and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex digital strategies to executive leadership with a polished and professional approach.
  • Comprehensive understanding of how marketing functions relate to broader business health, including competitive landscapes and finance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced remote environment while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot CRM and CMS platforms.
  • Mastery of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics and best practices.
  • Current certifications in Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot are strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Videoconference competency with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams. Sharing data and steering agenda

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
